Service Description

Exercises enable participants to work through real life situations so they can discover theory through experience, strengthen communication skills and cultivate transformation where it matters most to them. This participative methodology has been developed over 8 years to effectively support participants in transforming the quality of their communication and relationships beyond the workshop environment. All workshops are adapted to the context, however the main recurring themes are 1. Empathic Listening - hear what really matters to others 2. Blame Free Sincerity - authentically express what is important to you without blame 3. Self Empathy - transform self judgment and reconnect to yourself 4. Setting boundaries with care - express a firm but kind “no” 5. Feedback without criticism - turn feedback into opportunities for learning and connection 6. I Difficult conversations - go beyond reactivity and unlock repeated cycles of conflict 7.
